If we get less than 8 will not happen. More than 10 and less than 18 , swap people out per map.
How long ? all maps in rotation 7

They rolled it out in one of the last patches, but it's is (or was) not available through normal configuration. You have to edit a config file. Here is a video from BrettFX. Not sure if there is an easier way to do that now.
