Bump. We're still missing a bunch of sign-ups, so get it going, people! Remember this has to be coordinated between two communities, so we need a little more time in advance to set it all up.

Going to bump this until SBT time. If people haven't signed up by then It'll be assumed that you have no interest because numbers have to be balanced between both communities. This just means that either you might be stuck on the waiting list or you might be sent over to their side depending on the numbers, we have to start shaping the organizational structure up!

Since not all people visit the site (shocking, I know) you can try poking them on Origin with the link. You can also try battlelog but I think Origin has a more intrusive interface (hell, why not use both). There's also the GC steam group for that extra creepiness.

Not sure how effective it will be though. Interest seems to have died around here a long time ago. Worth a shot.

That's a good idea razy, If you can help me out I can PM you the people that voted on the rules but never signed up, I don't have everyone.

No problem. I can harass anyone on my friends list who hasn't signed up. Just let me know where to point them to

Sent you the stragglers, harass away ^^! Just point them to this thread I guess, at the very minimum so we can get an idea of the numbers.

For future reference. Add an option for people to simply put down that they can't be there like with battleday signups.

Got some of my guys to sign up

As an admin on the GC steam page, I could throw up an announcement which will blast it to everyone in the GC group. Granted, there are people that are no longer active in the community so it could be annoying for them, but it's definitely a good way to get people's attention.

Let me know if you guys want me to.

Hmm well It's a one day event, I figured that not signing up meant can't / not interested.

Just send a mass PM to the whole community, like HC do to the armies during Campaigns, then everyone will get an email that there is a new PM in your inbox...unless you haven't done that already!

We've sent to both armies, Im not sure we can send to every user maybe the execs can?

go to your ucp.php?i=groups&mode=membership and select to join the 21CW Scrim Group to get access to the forum area for the scrim.

That's what I meant, get the execs could do it, since it's for the whole community, not only the people in this campaign!!
Everyone signed up for GC have played battlefield, except those who signup to use the TS for their own private rooms/games!
