Lol well considering that GC is only fielding 15v15 on normal battledays, I doubt it'll happen anytime soon.

We had Black ops in the past which were basically a 2.5 hours of EU and 2.5 hours of NA small scale battles that would occur on Tuesdays. With the current number situation, it wouldn't be worth putting in the effort in ensuring things would go smoothly.
Potentially if a GC vs. 21CW campaign is to be constructed and planned, these mini-battles could be put back into play. This is TBD and hasn't been discussed yet, only my personal thoughts inspired by this post.
