Discord Channel Commander Bot

As we are now mainly on Discord, and Discord can't do whispers or CC, I made a bot that provides functionality of CC. It's not the greatest thing ever made, but it works. May ultimately not be a replacement for TS and TS's CC but it's an option.
If you want to break it, it's on GitHub. There are also installation and usage instructions there too. Feel free to download it and play around with it or modify it. It needs to run locally on your PC to work. It also require Python 3.5.4 or better to be installed.
