Help me pick my next city!

Help me pick my next city location in a new game of CIV 5 gods & kings. I'm playing on emperor, I usually play on king. My next city locations I feel will be important. I will pursue an aggressive expansion policy around my capital. I plan to build another 5 to 7 cities. Here are some screen shots.

One thing to note is the special snow covered mountain in the screenshot of "This is closeup a possible city spot (1):" is mt, fuji natural wonder. Working this tile while give 2 gold 3 culture and 3 faith a turn.

Hmmm... I would go on the tile southeast of the lake south of Shanghai. Montezuma is inevitably going to attack you anyways, you might as well get it over with.

Or potentially the desert hill northwest of Shanghai. That actually might be better.

I would suggest to the northwest of Shanghai. While the Aztecs might attack you, The swedes will also encroach onto your territory. Cut off the Aztecs from expanding past you on that side, then make an expansion to the north or east depending on which faction is more threatening.

Here is my updated civilization. Sweden has a huge army and is denouncing me. Aztec is denouncing me too, don't know how big they are but their army is but HATE ME, Sweden is neutral.
