Anyone up for some civ?

Post by Cheesy »

I'm at my parents house for 2 weeks with a laptop that's good enough for strategy games but probably not shooters, and plenty of time to kill. Anyone wanna play some civ 5?

Or have any other suggestions on games that dont need uber leet graphics cards to play?

Ah.. So it begin once again.

You might wanna look into Company of Heroes. I've been playing that a lot with Hgx these days.

You'd be surprised how intensive (read: poorly optimized) Civ can be, especially CPU-wise. I'd be down, but I'm also going to be out of town without a laptop that can run Civ for a week starting Sunday. Maybe I can squeeze something in before or after that though.

Dwarf Fortress

Or if you aren't into learning the matrix just to watch dwarves die in bizarre and horrible ways, mostly due to the inability to grasp the game in the almost total absence of any help whatsoever... well actually that's all I got :|
