didn't read the story but this happens like monthly in the 1000 people server-node crashing fights, or at least did when I still played.

those server crashes really happen now, its call time dilation it causes actions to slow down

guy takes 200bill, makes the bank crash, sells his share for $6k, etc. pretty funny. also the guy who stole it used the money he made for his son's medical bills.
