EA Origin Humble Bundle Sale

Post by zorplex »

There is an Origin Humble Bundle going on for the next 2 weeks. There are some really nice (if a bit old) games to be had for very little money. Check it out here: https://www.humblebundle.com/

Pay above the average to get keys for BF3 and Sims 3. You also get Steam keys for Burnout, Dead Space 1, Crysis 2 and Mirror's Edge.
Get a free Planetside 2 starter pack! Shameless PS2 recruitment link!

That must be the deal of the century, so many good games for 1 dollar. And they will probably add some more 2 weeks from now. Hopefully we get more people into the BF series with that. :D

Keep in mind that Humble Bundles tend to add 2-3 more games halfway through the thing. Those are "more than average" games, but if you already bought it by then, you get them even if you haven't payed the average price.

What I'm saying is, buy it now.

My guess is it'll be Dragon Age and Mass Effect.

If anyone wants any of the other games and can't afford it PM me.

Failllllll. If they can't handle a Humble Bundle sale how do they expect to handle an actual game release?

Would anybody happen to have a spare BF3 key by any chance? I'd like to give one to a cousin of mine and get him into BF3!

I have no intention of getting it because I have like all but like 2 of those games.

I do find it funny though that you get Dead Space (best sci fi survival horror game imo) and Dead Space 3 (most disappointing sequel to ever release imo as it isn't even survival horror anymore...) but not Dead Space 2 (was the most disappointing survival horror sequel ever, due to an over reliance in jump scares instead of legitimate horror building, until I played RE5 and 6 and then finally DS3...).

I feel if you are gonna give away 2 games in a series that more or less builds off itself you should probably either give 1 and 2 or 2 and 3, instead of 1 and 3. Seems to me like they are just finding a way to force someone to go out and give them more money so they can actually have the complete trilogy without a weird gap in the middle. (Even if I do think one only needs to play the first one and pretend the rest don't exist.)

They always add games to the bundle after the first week and there's the possibility of Dead Space 2 being one of them! Also, all proceeds from the bundle go to charity, EA is not making any profit here, at least not money-wise.
