How do you install this?
I got LFD2 free, added this addon to my collections but cant figure out how to download and install it

As far as I know, you click the SUBSCRIBE green button, then it downloads automatically, you open the game, and it should look like this:
Main screen
Click that (ADD-ONS), and this screen with all your downloaded "mods" (things you SUBSCRIBED to) should pop up
Once you selected the ones you want to have active, go host a game.
For example
Survival (hosting game)
Picture # 1
Picture #2 (after clicking AddOn campaign)
Select the AddOn map or campaign you want to play, and you're ready to go!
Hope this helps.
In case this doesn't work at all, try closing the game, unsuscribe, suscribe again till you see the actual file downloading, and if that also doesn't work, I'd say you could re-install the game.

I have the map downloaded but not sure how to start it as it says it doesn't support campaign mode (tried creating the lobby).
At what time do we get together? SBT+2?
