Rocket League is an awesome game that everyone should try. I hate sports games, I hate racing games, but RL is so sexy. And lots of people at GC play it.
Flummi yesterday floating the idea of taking a drink when scoring a goal. Sounds like a fantastic idea for an event to me, and it's a good way to balance the skill of all the players who turn up.
Ofc we can't force (or if Sushi was about, encourage) people to drink or put limitations on it, and drinking is not a requirement to play with us (unless you're really good
)
We'll no doubt have more than 8 people turning up, so dependant on numbers and feel on the day we can see about mixing teams about or doing some kind of league again.

Not planning on drinking but the fact that I haven't actually since I bought it in the winter sale probably cancels that out pretty well.

I'd be up for some Rocket League (after I get the game of course). And I don't need an excuse to drink: I'm Married with Children (TM)

The DLC only provide more cars and some cosmetic stuff. Unless you are uberpro (like funhit) you probably won't notice any difference between the cars as the only difference is hitbox shape, not handling.

I gotta admit that Rocket League is actually pretty fun to play even though I absolutely suck at it.
