BF4C3: Interest Survey

Hi All,
It would be appreciated if you could fill out the below survey for BF4C3 planning. The survey contains questions on what kind of position you'd like to fill in next campaign, and also what you'd like to do between campaigns.
Please note that this survey is NOT a draft document, we're purely surveying peoples interests. In saying that though, traditionally Generals, High Command and Officers are selected from this list based on who volunteers.
