SBT is an acronym we use for what we call "standard battle time," which is the following depending on your time zone:

10:00 AM PST
1:00 PM EST
6:00 PM GMT
7:00 PM CET

additionally, you won't be able to sign up in ABC until you're part of an army, which will be happening either tomorrow or saturday.
