yeah i know prices fluctuate rapidly.. Ill search around again when im ready to pay the bill. Im mainly convinced now to go intel/nvidia and most likely the 8800gtx. Display im not sure... most likely a 21" lcd or something along those lines Edit: Im a newb when it comes to overclocking... neve...

wow thanks rickey... love the ideas... go ahead and switch the amd to intel...

Also want to add i prefer two gpu's and 4gb ram. so an sli system is preferable :)

ok ill consider both... but every intel i have ever owned has crashed and burned on me... but i have had this amd for almost 4 years now and its still kicking.... AMD Athlon 3000+

Scratch the ATI thing also... any builds you all come up with would be greatly appreciated :)
