Heh. I remember SimTower. That game ruled.

RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 is surprisingly entertaining too. Especially when you over-power the coasters and launch all the passengers off the rails 500 feet in the air at 150mph :twisted:

Err. His system sounds pretty good. He should be able to run BF2 just fine with most things on medium. I just upgraded to 2 gigs of ram last week, but I was running with 1 gig of ram before that and BF2 ran fine. The only thing the extra gig did in regards to BF2 is make the maps load a little faste...

Yeah man, I don't think it's the servers. I am in Arizona on a cable modem and the servers are fine for me, except for the occasional ranked server lag that everyone is experiencing on all ranked servers. But even that has improved since the patch came out.

I'm in Arizona as well and the servers are just fine for me.

I believe the NA server is in New York, and the EU server is in Germany.

Yeah I have. I had "Show Same Version Only" checked under the internet filters. When I unchecked it, I was able to see all of the servers (and the ones without the patch showed up red). Try unchecking that, then update your server list and see if it makes any difference.
