Thought command.com was 16 bit... Prolly wrong.
I personally use "cmd" rather than "Command" in the start/run box. Give that a try and see if cmd does the same thing. If it does you've been hit with a nasty spyware.

Hard to say how many of them are point farmers. If someone is up there with less than 4 hours a day average, I'd say they padded their way up. I like both but currently using optical mouse. Pay attention to how much mouse movement you do in game, especailly if you have to lift it.
