Normal users will notice no difference in the performance when using different timings. More important might be the clocking of your RAM. But even there is the impact on your systems overall performance minimal. Are you using CAD tools, or other programs that work with high level mathematic funktion...

The EU server is running smooth now, but a lot of the euro players suddenly had extremly high pings on the NA server. My ping was at 300, usualy it is around 130- 150 on the NA server.

I think the impact on the performance of onboard soundcards is realy minimal. But I do not know if a SB 512 would improve anything on your system because it is pretty old.

How about I J K L ? There are lots of keys around them which can be used for reloading crouching etc.
