go to your battlefield 2\mods\bf2\movies folder and delete anything except the "menu.bik" and the "menu_loggedin.bik"

and voila........ no more intro movies or ea logo!

when you installed bf2 it creates 2 shortcuts on the desktop. one ist to start it normaly the other one must be something on english like "play bf2 online now" (i have it in german). this second one auto-connects you to a fast server. in the properties menu of the shortcut is an extension ...

and when i alt+tab from the bf2 menu screen and quit tso, my bf crashes when i alt+tab back to the game
