I bought it for the cold winter days. I enjoyed it immediately much more than BF 1. Would be awesome to get a campaign rolling, but I have doubt we get server control.

I very easily rolled the vehicle back and out of there thanks to DICE physics engine. i think that is actually a feature. Not ruining vehicles by stupid drivers. Had the same happening to me. Can't say much about vehicle play. Squads can request a tank now? For less points that this V1 airstrike. (...

I immediately enjoyed it much more than BF1.

What irks me is that tanks dont show on the minimap while shooting. Visually searching the tank somewhere around the house shooting us up is infuriating.

I sort of believe that the gameplay/gunplay will improve, but I have less hope of obtaining the necessary server controls.

Do players need to install those maps beforehand, or are they being made available by the server?

Guys, we tried arma 3 again and again, only very few actually joined on fun days.

It is just too tactical and simulation heavy for most.

I couldnt help but laugh about how they announced Platoons as the uber-feature in the patch notes. Sad how they need to sell it as a big new feature, while it was standard in the older installments...

Surely they will find a way to f u c k this up.
