I don't think so. I think they simply reversed the conquest bleed. You still get points for holding flags, which is essentially the bleed. Not exactly. Note the way Conquest mode works at the moment - no more ticket bleed. It's basically seems to work like flag TDM now.

Don't know where all the interest went, but BF4 has been gaining in population slowly for over a year now , not shrinking. I think GC just needs some fresh blood. PC graph is pretty flat though.
