Alienware and Razer have some gaming laptops. Razer is apparently also working on an external GPU thingy to complement their laptop.

AMD is supposed to release new CPU and GPU architectures later this year (Zen and Polaris) although no set date yet for either. The GPU line is supposed to be available before September and the CPU around Q4. nVidia is also expected to release a new GPU architecture (Pascal) presumably around April....

Different interpretations then. I only saw it as indicator of the current situation in GC, not as a question of why that is. No worries. Hopefully we'll get to play organized BF in the future and maybe even in GC

I already acknowledged the lack of community interest two posts above yours (maybe you've missed it). I don't see it as defeatist at all but as a sad reality. That said, I do welcome any attempt to arrange community activities around the very thing this community is supposed to revolve around. There...

As a sidenote, I'd be down to play bf3, with venice or without it, but what I'm not down for is small scale battlefield. In that case I'd rather be playing counter strike, and I don't even own counter strike. Yeah because it's better not to play anything than try and get something organized in this...

Because it would seem that most players who enjoyed BF3 more than BF4 left GC already. I know because I didn't like BF4 really and stopped playing in GC. Obviously VU is still very new and not public yet, but it would still be something to really think about once it does. Yes, BF4 sucks monkey ball...
