Global Conflict

I was so looking forward playing BF4 beta next week, ...but....my mother wants that I come to her birthdays and since I am a nice son I will visit my parents in Germany (me living in CZ). Leaving this weekend for a friends marriage then staying until the next weekend for my mothers birthday.

Damn! Living abroad sucks balls sometimes! All that traveling....

My laptop can BARELY run BF3 and I may be able take a look at the BF4 beta, but shooting people is very bad with constant FPS drops below 20. I still get to play the beta for about a week(?) after I return, so it is mostly all cool.
But I am up for wargame or dota2, since that runs ok on my laptop

It could be worse
It could be available for x64 only...

I've heard the same, but not sure about the date. It would be really nice too, 30GB with shitty Origin servers could take more than a day for me.

Specially when Akamai (Origin) servers decide that you only dowload at 10% of your DL capacity.

Really? Origin downloads have been the only times I download anywhere near my max speed, everything else is crap.

The download speed has basically been the only positive thing about origin for me so far. However my 20mb/s isn't exactly one to cap out download speeds either, but it's always run on full capacity.

It´s a problem of DNS, basically i have to change them either to my ISP, Google or Open...the one who that day thinks its going to download properly.

I've never had a problem with origin downloading, it's the rest of origin that sucks.

as to thread topic, it's ok joker. I'm gonna miss october 4/5 because I'm going to a friend's wedding that weekend. it's just a beta.

im gonna miss the beta completely since my system is still 32bit
