Login Problem [solved]

Our dear member, ZaitsefJR has problems to login on his account.

On his behalf I scream HELP

1. opens browser
2. enter web address
3. logs in to his account.
4. clicks on forums
5. returns to the login screen.

Steps taken by me:
1 change password.
2 log in on my computer.

I could access his account on my computer.
I guess it must be on his one.

But we have no clue, any suggestions?

I could only do small suggestions:

Clear Browsers Cache, delete cookies (backup before),

do an antivirus, antitrojaner, antispyware and antirootkit scan

What happens if ZaitsevJr is going first to forums and loggin in from there?

From the problem description, my first hint would be Gomi's suggestion on browser cookies - make sure they're turned on

Sounds like he has some "stealther-program" running. A program that prevents you from leaving cookies and stuff when serving.

Ask him what browser he is using and ask him if he is running anonymity plug ins.

I've had this problem when i used the "wrong" login box. Try another place on the website to login. The form on the left worked for me. The one in the bottom didn't.

My old Mate Herr_Doctor like to join C13, but he forgot his password for GC Webside, to log in...could somebody help here to reset it...his ICQ No. is 244575493...or sent it to me by PM and i will give it to him...

If he still has a problem I will be on XFIRE and TS tonight (after 19:00hrs local)
