TS permissions

I join TS and can't move to any channel, and can't see people in other channels. I guess permissions were based on rank and now that rank is gone no permissions, plz fix! :(

EDIT: Apparently its because of the Welcome Commitee usergroup, which has permissions set to 0, plz fix!

Should be fixed now added some permissions to the group
