Global-Conflict Mod files
The files listed below are required files! and need to be installed in the following order.
1. GC Mod 2.01
This is the core GC MOD installer. The file is 170 megabytes.
Instructions on how to check to see what version of the mod you have
Right click your start button and select 'explore'
navigate to your battlefield 1942 directory/mods/GC folder.
inside you will find a file called 'PATCH VERSION.TXT'
Open that file and it will show what version of the patch you have.
If you have an older version than that listed above you will need to update the mod in order to play on battle day.

MAP PACKS
Global Conflict currently uses more custom maps than any other Battlefield 1942 league that we are aware of. Because of the difficulty ensuring every member has the neccissary maps and the problems associated with members having different versions of some of these maps I have put together 6 self installing map packs to make things as simple as possible for everyone.
A map pack for each 'THEATER OF WAR' has been put together and contains only the custom maps used in that area of our Campaign Map.

Patch Version 1.07
Fixes Laggy menu / loading music problems. Changed "Fall of Berlin's" fog settings to be the same as the standard Berlin map as well as adding a reversed version. Includes Rostov and Rostov reversed patch. (Fixes not being able to gray enemy flags and standardizes flag gray / take times) Includes GC_FUN mod (a jeep racing mod for the map Operation_Barbarossa and Xhaos Karts 2 support). You will still need to download Xhaos Karts2 separately. You can get it here. Xhaos_Karts2 Just unzip the contents to your normal BF1942 map directory (don't put it inside either the GC, GCALT, or GC_Fun mods!).-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Patch version 1.06
Fixes several Pacific were the U.S. Engineers were not getting the new rifle. (reverse wake, iwo jima, tarawa, marshall island and on normal Rabaul, tarawa, marshall island). Japanese Jeep was not spawning on Rabaul. Added area to the back end of the aircraft carriers that will repair planes if they land or fly slowly over several times. The won't repair enemy planes. Got the code for most of the new sounds working so now you can hear them 
Reduced the time burning wreckage stays around in an attemp to reduce lag. Fixed Jeeps so that you can enter the MG from outside the vehicle when the front two seats are taken.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Fixes: Reverse Wake no longer crashes and has new Axis APC and Jeep. Added More fog to Mountain Road Collision. Attempting to reduce lag at Windmill on Operation Barbarossa by stopping the windmill from turning.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Fixes: Missing Axis Jeeps on Iwo Jima and wrong Jeeps for Axis on Telemark. Soviet Assault MG and new Engineer rifles not doing damage to anything. Wrong flag properties on Rostov reverse.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
