nothing is working!
i made sure the image is the right type
i made sure i put the bbcode around it
i made sure it's the direct link
i tried different pictures (all the right file type)
IT STILL WON'T WORK!

My guess would be that only .gifs and .jpgs are accepted, not .pngs

yeah, of course . pngs are fireworks project files. Make sure that under "optimize" you choose jpgs (yours was a bitmap...no one likes bitmap, they are too big...in your case app. 100k vs. 17k), then export it.

I belive there was some bug with the PHPbb for signatures (dont know if thats still the case)

i had it when i signed i pmed an admin and it got fixed so maybe try that?

Yeah pale, i used the link and it only shows the text. I also tried the new image syL modified for me and that one didn't work. It did say that it
accepts .pngs.

I've been noticing these kinda problems alot, I know I made a few sigs for people almost identical to my sigs when it came to extensions, colors, server, etc. Except they couldn't get theirs to appear either, infact, my good friend topher couldn't even get his working!

do you have "Always attach my signature checked in your Profile? Cause the link works fine.

That never will work, Scottie. A combination of html and bbcode is just, well non-educated. Read that bbcode help page like I suggested and the first and third post I made to this thread. Really, all you need, my friend.

Sometimes, you just have to break down and read stuff, it's "fun"damental.

Either that or just let the idea of a sig go for now. Naw, read that stuff, bro.

Copy and paste but remove the spaces. It works... I've added it to my sig below.

Also make sure always allow BBcode is checked also.

1. So in your profile in the Signature Box you need to add the follow text:

2. In front of this text you need to put [img]

3. At the end of this text you need to put [/img]

4. You need to make sure "Always attach signature" is checked YES

5. You need to make sure "Always allow BBCode" is checked YES

6. You need to submit changes.

7. You then need to make a post.

8. Your sig will be at the bottom of that post.
