Global Conflict

I was unable to access the internet/my inhouse network form my gaming computer.

Here is what it was: apparently my sygate software firewall went berserc and decided it would be a great idea to prevent nearly all trafic.

The firewallsoftware wouldn't start properly and deleting it from the autostart menues didn't do the trick either.
I had to uninstall the firewall and reinstall it, after that everything worked fine.

Glad you resolved this issue my friend. Firewalls, home networks and port forwarding can get to be frustrating issues for the average player out there.
