I cannot make it work properly. I have followed the instructions but in vain...

What is the right order to launch the applications (e.g. 1st ts overlay, then ts and then bf2 or otherwise?

You need to launch overlay and TS before launching BF2. I don't think that starting overlay before or after TS change anything, but I usually start it after TS.

Don't forget to click on ENABLE in overlay after launching it. And you also need to check a special box in the option : Use alternative DirectX method

I would only add to avoid using the options like showing FPS on your ingame screen.

Check box that shows your nick when talking. This is a nice confirm that your message is going out.......somewhere......But it is nice to know when the shiate hits the fan and it's important communication.

I don't use the alternative DirectX block on the debug page but I used to, when BF2 was still new and TSO overlay was still trying to get it's act together.
