Special Forces Add-on for cheap

Through what vendor can 'Special Forces' be purchased cheaply? I'd rather not pay full price for an old expansion pack. Is EA's download option the best? How much is it?

cheapest is $15 from that, it searches all online shops that sell it, but if you look around im sure you can pick it up for less.
