You have an ancient copy of Norton.
Your Windows security is very unhappy.
Plus EA doesnt like COD
Still looking at forums prolly best best. Your DX may be out of date or sound drivers usually give the biggest fight for new games.

try reinstalling you ATi drivers, i know that the MOM.impl thing is an ATI CCC problem
