BF3 FPS drop after map switch [RESOLVED_Thx Bush]

When I join a server (any server it seems), everything loads up nice and tidy, have a great framerate throughout the round. When round ends, and new round starts, I get 30 fps max, and it dips much lower. If I exit the server and rejoin, then framerates are normal again. Wondering if this was something anyone else had, and if there was a work-around? Help?
