After finally getting an SSD and a 2TB hard-drive I finally have the power to record videos, and not having them come out to be shits, but now I need a editing software to cut and post them in appropriate sizes, what do you guys typically use, and what do you guys recommend, I am willing to go to 60 dollars if I can have a constant updated version, 20 if not.
Please, and thank you ahead of time.

Windows movie maker here also, or avidemux for advanced projects. I have after effects and it's extremely complicated and difficult to get used too, vegas is pretty good and premiere is another good option.
Windows movie maker is by far the cheapest and easiest to obtain, since it comes free with windows...

After Effects is not really a video editor like Vegas or Premiere, it's more of a suite to create visual effects and motion graphics for smaller clips. It can be pretty overwhelming at the start but if you wanna get into it, check out this site for some really good tutorials:

He asked for cheap...
window movie maker is good. You can do all the basic things. Try that first, if might be enough for your purpose.
I also tried the trial of "MAGIX Video deluxe 2013" (german name). It is decent and you can do multitrack editing.
I guess the english/US version is this:

Of course you should not compare them to the professional software (vegas pro, adobe..)

Yeah, I just hear you talk about it so often like it is that I think of it as editing software now and not so much production/effects. It excels at both and just takes a lot of work to learn.

It can do both, but if you try to edit longer projects you'll run into trouble. Everytime you want to preview your stuff it has to prerender, even if you just have 2 original clips behind each other, since the software is layed out for effects work more, while Premiere or other editors do that a bit smoother.

Everything is "free" on the internet, it just depends where you look!

I said Vegas Pro 12 because 2 things
1) He asked for something cheap, it took me 5 minutes to download a "cracked" version of Vegas pro 12.
2) I don't see Windows Movie maker as a video editor... I only use it to resize the video file
My whole process:
1) Record with Fraps (tried dxtory, I had some problems with the 2 audio channels and stuff)
2) Resize 1239021309290gb video files with Window Movie maker 2.6
3) Edit with Sony Vegas pro 12 + Render
4) Upload
You can check the quality here
http://www.youtube.com/user/Elhugexx
I tried almost everything with fraps, full size, half size (don't like it) 60 to 120 fps
And Im staying with recording BF3 full size + 90fps and rendering in 720p if the video is longer than 5 mins. (1080p is too heavy for my internet if the video is longer than that it takes for fking ever)
In case of other games like Minecraft I alwasy go for full size + 60fps in 720p (Most of the time my minecraft videos last 15-20 mins)

Regarding audio streams with dxtory, you can use VirtualDub to extract the 2nd audio stream (That program is another free editor btw

), and then join them together in a video editor. That means you can also adjust the volume of your mic seperately.

I heard there's a possibility to borrow software like that on the internet. You can at least try it out and see if it's worth the money (Sony Vegas)

AVIMux is included in dxtory and does the same.
I roughly followed this guide:

Take Sony Movie Studio 12, it's pretty much Vegas but cheaper. I've done a bit of editing with it now and it does everything you'd want it to do. Also, a lot of Youtubers use it. :P
