I know .Sup recently turned on phpbb's size limitation for the sigs, so that might be why. How big is the image (resolution-wise)? If it's less than 600 x150, than that feature should be turned back off i guess...

Yeah, could be a problem we had in the past. Could you pls confirm your sig was not exceeding the 600x150 px limit when you tried?

Then it's probably the size limitation being wrong, because that's definitively less than 600 x 150.

First thing I would do would be to either re-host all of them on imgur/minus (shorter URLs, less issues) or combine them into a larger image.

Okay I removed the size limitations for now but will look into the problem and try to fix it.

once you figure it out, use the tags, to add description to your ribbons.
