If I get any dirt on it I'll be sure to run it under a tap.

If it's really that dirty, maybe, just maybe, you could use some distilled water (after taking out the batt.) and let it dry in rice for like, 5 weeks...

Yeah, that thought did cross my mind. So long as it dried off properly it should be okay.

In all seriousness, if you need to clean anything, use a lint free cloth (or a coffee filter) with some isopropanol.

If its just dust then compressed air is the thing to use.
If you have fatty fingers, well, wash your hands with soap before you start! :D

You really don't want it, I get 35-45 fps with everything on minimum and the resolution set to 1024x600. The screen also has developed a fault where it will occasionally go completely white and I have to close the screen for a few seconds and then reopen it to make it work again.

However if you really do want it I could sell it to you fairly cheaply, as I do have another netbook that I can use for travel. But honestly, you'd be better off leaving it.

So it's all working nicely... I literally can't believe my eyes bf3 looks so good!! My settings are mostly set to high, no AA, 1920x1080 resolution, and I'm getting a good 60+ fps :)

This is compared to getting 35fps on a 1024x600 resolution with everything set to minimum.

The SSD works really well too, super fast. Shutting down only takes about 6-7 seconds.

Congratulations on the new rig :)

Is your HD6870 overclocked? I have a similar card and can reach 60+ frames only on low settings and not in all the maps (though my display is 1920x1200).
