Global Conflict

So every time im in a vehicle the camera resets after x seconds causing very annoying issues.
My zoom in gunner seats also randomly flips out causing a giant crosshair to appear.

Does anyone have the same issue or knows of a fix?
I alrady repaired it but it didnt replace any files

Seems like it's just lag.

The crosshair in the gunner position happens to me from time to time, specially in the EU server where I lag the most.

But I have it in every server, the server this vid was taken on I had 13 ping.
I will restart my router and hope for the best then.
