I've been hacked, can I get some help please?

Hi guys, im asking for some help again.

Short story: i've been hacked today, somebody got into my account somehow and changed everything. Even my friend list is gone.

Now, the problem is this one, I CAN'T change my in-game nickname due to the hacker changing my security question.
After contacting EA online (live-chat) support, I've been told that I should call this next FREE NA number +18665435435

I have a CASE NUMBER, but, after pressing number 1 (one) to use my case number, it says that it doesn't exist.

I think this is because I should be placing some kind of character before or after the numbers, but my conection with that number is horrible and I can't hear what it says.

Can anyone please call this number +18665435435 (Again, it's free, use skype if you want) press 1 and tell me what should I do?

Thanks in advance, letsplay23456. (I mean, Hgx.)

My battlelog: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/so ... 474123713/

Edit: I tried the other way, without the CASE NUMBER, it took my 2 hours to get somebody to answer my call, after that I had such a bad reception that the guy could not hear me talking and hang up the phone :(

Did they change the email attached to your account? You should be able to reset your password as long as you have access to the associated email account.

You have to press '#' after you put in your case number.

I would suggest changing Origin credentials since they are associated with your billing info.

You can login to the EA as well as Origin website with your battlelog login.
If you have bought stuff on Origin with paypal you're safe since it doesn't save your login data, if you've done it with creditcard, well I don't know how that works on Origin.

sounds creepy... :silent:

But how he could change all those settigns? I mean the e-mail shouldn't change? even so, how did he had access to your e-mail to switch??
Plus u do not have the CD-Key of the game writen somewhere in case of hacks? All the details that i had from Battlefield 3 such as CD-Key, billing order and any other detail that can associate with retrieving hacked account is located in a notebook. :) If you get it back, i suggest you do the same.

Thank you all guys, im still working on it.

Sadly the EA Online Live-chat support can't change the security question, only some of my details apparently.

I still have to do this call, and according to the last guy on the live-chat support, they are having some issues with this at the time. (Not sure what he meant tho)

Now I have everything I need to play and use my origin account but im still "Letsplay23456" and im without friends list.

make sure your password is not easily guessable, and watch out for fishing sites.
i think the most popular way today to successfully hack an account is by fishing the password using a key logger, trojan that steals your passwords (you know the browser "save password" button?) or fake website. meaning they don't actively break your password anymore, but the victim himself is unknowingly give out his password.
