Global Conflict

Just this evening, some handful of hours ago, I lost the ability to see people in channels I'm not in. I get this message upon joining the server:

insufficient client permissions (failed on i_client_max_channel_subscriptions)

It's weird. Anyone else?

"Grumpy Cat" isn't a substitute for the basic "Member" server group. I've re-added you back to the group now.
