Did you read the Signup Guide and the others things related to new members?
Also try to be on TS on Battle day (Saturday 13h00 Eastern Time) and come a little before the start if you can so we will have the time to explain you what you dont understand
You can try to go on TS any time you want too but its not garanted that you will catch someone

So far so good. Really the next step is just to show up on TeamSpeak on Saturdays at 1pm EST or Tuesdays at 3pm & 9pm EST. That's when our battleday starts. Be there 10-15 minutes early.
And post in the 2nd brigade forum to get the password for the U.S. channel on TeamSpeak.
That's about it. Introduce yourself on TeamSpeak when you get in as that's the only way of anyone knowing that you are in the channel.
