Nice find seems to have worked for me. No audio cutouts since i changed it as yet...

It's bad when the BF community is finding ways to fix things that DiCE apparently can't or wont fix. Gonna Bumpety this topic back up so it can stay seen.
Since changing the setting in the file i have had 0 sound cut outs in lots of hours of play. (too many tbh)
