That is exactly the mentality of sub-context regarding games that is assisting the very issue at hand.

But... consumables have completely different laws, they are handled differently and used differently. It's impossible to compare a consumable and non-consumable. You have lots of non consumables to choose from, furniture, houses, tv's, cars, clothing... take your pick. But to compare it to beer is just foolish. And that's not sub-contexting games because you still have a massive, wide array of products to compare it to.
