Yes. M320 Frags are allowed. Unless people are super against it. We've allowed it in the past and it didn't' seem like people made a big deal out of it.

I can play as a backup if someone need me. Would really like to play

What about disabling punkbuster and use the freecam mod for the commentators?
I don't think the chance is very high to have a cheater although I understand if you want to keep pb enabled

I think we had spawn on SL only the last two tournaments. But I think I'll change this rule this time around if people really don't like it.

I think the whole idea of a SL spawn only is fine. Adds some more suspense and value in taking out a squad leader. Easier to stop a revive/spawn training squad. And most importantly the Scrublnauts are against it.

I don't think we need to change the settings that we played with last two tournaments.

Are people able to actually record this over streaming cause like maybe daskro could do a something for it.

Why not? It could make things a little bit easier for the not so strong teams.

how so? Anything that helps or hurts 1 team will do the same to the other. If anything I think squad leader only spawn would make it even easier for the stronger teams because they will die less and therefore need to spawn less.

I've asked this two times but nobody really seems to give a crap. The chance to have a cheater here is slim to none, we're all active GC people and it would only be stupid to hack at a tournament with a detectable hack.

I really don't understand why we wouldn't do it, but oh well, it's the spectators loss.

Also, we can enable minimap if we use the freecam mod.

Not really sure about that, the free cam mod basically makes so that the MAV doesn't have a black/white filter and HUD.And about the rules, I understand them, and I agree with them, but m320 frag....I think that especially with no mini-map and 80% hp it isn't going to be fun
