i just had an idea for the logo, have to write it down ...

Spinning earth globe - clouds, lights and bump map,
"global-conflict.org" in single letters circling like satellites, coming together and zooming towards the screen as text line
stops in center screen, then zooms into a letter, that became transparent, key hole view to BF3 world/map chopper view ...
then we take it form there ... whatcha think ?

Already got the tools to work on the logo, just need preffered font, style etc ... tbd coming weekend ... ?

That sounds pretty awesome. I think you should go with what you think would look good and put something together... then we could always tweak it.

Maybe that's intentional ... i'm the kind of guy that will offer people candy, when they complain about their toothache

But for reals, Speed etc is subject to tweaking.

Problem is, once the font is chosen and extruded, its a pain in the butt, at least for me to go back and tweak,
especially the characters, Hence the effort to get as much feedback as possible before "doing it live".

Ultimately, all the characters are supposed to fly together individually ... the animation takes a while so, but before that, the font has to be set.

If you can slow down the Earth, would be great. The letters and logo animation is ok.

Will there a be videos of tank and knife battles?

We have got some great footage of the knife and tank battles, give it some time to edit.

I have to apologize now. I've been super busy with some bad stuff that went down at work this week. It is tough to keep focus on these videos when I'm constantly having to re-engage in some work activities a few times an hour. It's almost friday though

The 1v1 knife fight footage will be pretty awesome, I think. Can't wait to see it.
