Global Conflict

To be clear we would rather have groups then not have people play. Our offical stance is we allow groups. We encourage you not to sign up in a group though we will not turn you away if you feel the need to group with friends.

Playing as a group can be great. Camaraderie, friendship, play style familiarity, communications, teamwork...hey, those are all the things GC promotes! Where being selected as a group for an army can be detrimental is attendance. Commanders rely on people showing up for battle and plan their strategy around it. If a single player can't make it, the impact on the army is not great (unless it is Chef, and then chances improve ). If a group is unable to make a battle, the impact can be game changing, especially when group attendance was part of the battle plan. Speaking from experience as General BF2: C3.

I love it how Arc got a bigger part of the table and tricked Cyrillius into thinking that he got the same amount of space by including part of the wall into his territory - WIN!

But you have to admit that it is a really nice looking wall.

Don't forget, you can lean on walls! If Cyrilius leans on his wall and Arcturus tries to copy him all he's gonna find is empty space, and we all know what happens when you lean on empty space

The situation has changed since that post. He's got my secondary 15" and I have a secondary 17" now.
