Bah, it's easy for you to fly with all those friendly AA guns below. Whenever I was over the island I was almost constantly under a lock.

No lock for people, just heat signatures of vehicles (and AA for some reason). And even then it takes skill with a fighter to kill something bigger than a jeep.
