yeah.. i did a quick "internet-check" on that .. it seems, that you need some kind of phpbb addon for it.

I'd love to but this phpbb version which is integrated into the nuke portal is so ancient I am happy for every day it works for us. I have tried to install a mod for it once and rather don't want do try it again. If you are interested and have some web site skills (or know someone who does) all GC needs is a new front page and we would be almost ready to go with the latest phpbb2 version.
