The new TAs (along with the old ones, myself and VK) are working on adjustments for the Campaign System. A proposal of the system will be made available on the 14th, and a vote will go up in the Voteables forum to officially adopt the system for Campaign 9.

We followed the same procedure for C8 and it worked out pretty well. The only difference here is that the changes made will be relatively small (more like tweaks than changes), while the C8 proposal was an entirely new system

k, i dunno if i'm in the wrong thread, but i have 2 questions to ask:

So, the C9 TA's are already chosen?
Is the 70% win condition standing?

I think that is what is getting announced on the 14th morph.

The C9 TA Team is almost complete. I would prefer to see at least one more EU and NA guy on the team, but I'm going to leave it up to the new guys to figure that one out An announcement will be made once the TA Team is finalized (hopefully by someone in that TA team, lol).

The current TA team is in a slow-retirement phase. Myself, Von Krieg and Madcow are stepping down as TAs, but not immediately. We want to make sure that the new TAs have a good feeling for what's going on, and that they're ready for our departure. (I can't wait to retire *whew*)

The 70% win condition is currently under heavy discussion in the C9 TA Forum. It is almost definitely going to change in favor of a method that will help shorten the campaign. That'll be part of the Aug 14th announcement

This is just for Generals, Neutrals, Groups and Officers right?

All others will be drafted from the general population? We dont need to sign up for campaign 8 if we are not in one of the groups above do we?

If you played in Campaign 8 then you do not need to sign up for Campaign 9.

i take it we are still on for the announcements off officers and groups after the scrim practice?

Yes, draft will be announced after todays practice.
