Tournament Admin group for Camp 13

The TA team for Campaign 13 is set. Please welcome Total focus Haz, Starlord and Robawillis to the Tournament Admin team. I will also be returning to this group and I am looking forward to going back to the basics this camp.

a good set of unbiased people that I hold in high regard from previous campaigns. I can tell right now it will be a good one on the administration side of things. great choices
