BF3C2 Campaign Rules

Hey guys, this week has been spent in discussion on how to adapt the rules to accommodate the large number of new players we have at GC. The wiki has been updated to reflect the necessary changes. You will also notice that the campaign map has had capital cities added to each country to double the number of World Control Points (WCPs) available. This will allow us to run both servers without affecting the life of the campaign. All members should familiarise themselves with the latest rules.
