"Fake" or "Real" patch notes O_o

Added new Master of plates: M9/MP443/M1911 Tatt, Silent M1911, M67 Grenade, Tool Repair, Defibrillator
The premium can choose which one to use knives (ACB90 / Knife)
All players who have at least one star service with RPG and SMAW can choose which one to use
The explosives now remain even after death
Allied grenades now have a different color
Knife more 'reliable and relevant to melee attacks
The guided missile attack on Jet now more 'quickly
C-RAM and Pantisir are now destructible with multiple attacks
Increased the damage of the Claymore infantry
Increased the radius of damage and damage of Mortar

It's fake or rather not real.

Someone at Reddit located where this list originated from. Basically it's just an old discussion about the possible future patch changes.

These patch notes seem to be nothing but a rumor, without any real data behind them, that has started from playstation.com:
