Php has been updated in order to proceed the install the newest MediaWiki. I have fixed the obvious error that most of you have seen and the inability to log in the ACP. Next is to fix homepage link. No worries

The "MAINBASE" button in top left corner now points to our Homepage however your bookmark won't work because its set for "global-conflict.org". I am waiting for response from our hosting provider to fix it since they changed it. Sorry for inconvenience.

The portal redirection should be fixed now
It was an issue related to an htaccess configuration, probably switched around thanks to the webhost's recent decision to upgrade everyones PHP setup!
