You can get some really nice maps and BF3-specific symbols for drawing things on (with strategies and stuff)
here aswell. I bought it for C3 and it works nicely.

For creating strats? Definitely, although it takes some getting used too. You also can't do live sessions with other people.

Their B2K maps are low-res though, and they don't have the AK or Aftermath maps.
